PRIVACY POLICY
When a visitor gives us their email address, or sends us email correspondence, we retain their email address. We do not share our email lists with third parties for marketing purposes. We use email addresses to communicate with you regarding your orders and other matters regarding transactions between us or your customer relationship with us. We may also use your email address to share information about our products and services that may be of interest to you. You may opt-out of receiving such promotional messages from us at any time. If we do send you a promotional email, you will be given the opportunity to decline receiving similar emails in the future.

Your continued access and use of the site shall be deemed your acceptance of these terms and any subsequent changes. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any third party information provided on this website, this includes duty and tax charges in overseas countries.
Ordering Goods
Any order placed by you via this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this website at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the production description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment. If we accept your offer, that offer becomes binding on you and Ivan Slade photography, subject to any express provision of these terms to the contrary.
Order Notification
When we receive your order, you will receive email notification from us listing the items ordered and shipping charges and delivery address. Your invoice will not include any customs duties, local taxes or bank fees. This is a confirmation that we have received your order, not a confirmation of acceptance or processing. When your order is dispatched you will receive a second email with relevant tracking information, estimated shipping times and carrier.
Australian Orders
All orders placed within Australia are subject to the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). All Australian prices are GST inclusive. Any orders placed outside Australia for delivery within Australia are also subject to GST. Under certain circumstance, this GST may be claimed back in your country or residence or upon leaving Australia under the Australian Tourist Refund Scheme. However, please consult your local Government office or the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service, as appropriate, for full details.
International Orders
Currently we only sell and ship orders within Australia and New Zealand.
Currency and Conversions
Transactions via this website are carried out in Australian dollars and processed through the international banking system. International orders are charged in Australian dollars at the exchange rate of the day. Your final bill will be determined by the exchange rate applied by your credit card company at the time the charge is recorded, plus any fees applied by your credit card provider. For an indication of how other currencies convert to Australian dollars or another currency, we recommend you visit www.xe.com. These rates are indicative only.
Availability
All items ordered on this site are printed on demand. As such there is an approximate 2 week lead time from ordering to delivery. Should the lead time be significantly different to this we will notify you via email.
Dispatch and Delivery
All online orders are dispatched from us during normal Eastern Australian business hours.
Delivery Within Australia
Due to the valuable nature of some of our products, certain couriers will not leave goods with somebody that is not the named person on the delivery documentation. Therefore, if your order needs to be accepted by someone other than yourself, their details must be included in the special instructions for your delivery. Please ensure your shipping details include your street address and daytime telephone number. Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing.
International Delivery
For orders placed from outside Australia, international freight charges will apply. Overseas deliveries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, fees and other local taxes levied by the destination country. Any such import taxes, customs duties, fees and other local taxes are the responsibility of the customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs restrictions may also apply. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend you contact your local customs and duties office to find out what import taxes, customs duties, fees and other local taxes may be relevant to your purchase and whether any customs restrictions apply. When customs clearance processes are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. The Pearl Beach Pearls jewellery provided insurance only applies until the order is delivered to your nominated address, after which any items are wholly at your risk.
Shipping Costs and Lead Times
Purchases made through this website are subject to shipping costs.
All shipping is via Australia Post. To Australian destinations via your chosen delivery method at checkout. To USA, Canada and United Kingdom via Express Courier International. International items under A$500 are via Australia Post Air Mail. For shipping to additional destinations please contact us directly.
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours – delivery within Australia and Internationally to USA, Canada and United Kingdom is estimated to be within 2-3 weeks from placement of order. Except international orders less than A$500, which are estimated to be delivered 3-4 weeks from purchase – or contact us directly if faster shipping is required. Delays to estimated shipping times may be encountered for deliveries to more remote areas or due to customs.
Tracking and Insurance
All orders are insured and can be tracked. Tracking is not available for Canadian orders less than A$500 unless otherwise arranged.
We make every effort to process sales in a timely manner. The lead times for shipping detailed above are an indication only and may be subject to delays due to public holidays, courier services or customs clearance processes.We take no responsibility for delays by couriers, customs clearance or incorrect shipping addresses supplied when the order is received. You will receive an email from us when you place your order, and another when your order is dispatched that will contain all relevant shipping information to allow you to track your order. Import Taxes, Customs Duties and Fees

Ivan Slade photography is a trading name of Flow Interactive Pty Ltd and is based in Sydney, NSW and operates within the normal laws of commerce under Australian business law. The normal laws of international commerce apply to international transactions. Any disputes will be subject to NSW Law in NSW Court of Law. “Flow Interactive Pty Ltd” (ABN 51 590 090 924) is a business registered in NSW, Australia.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and Exchanges
If you receive the wrong item or an item that does not match the description of what was ordered, we will accept items for replacement with the correct item, exchange or credit note if returned in saleable condition, with the original sales receipt, all original packaging and within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, we may, at our discretion, accept items for exchange or credit note if returned under the same conditions. If the original sales receipt is not available, (for example, because you received the product as a gift or the original receipt is lost by you), we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange only so long as the Pearl Beach Pearls item is returned in saleable condition and with all original packaging.
Costs and liabilities relating to the return shipping of exchange items are at the risk and expense of the person sending them, if there is found to have been no error or the item has been returned because you have changed your mind.
